Madison Ave. NYC, Different Strokes, oil painting

This is the challenge for the next three weeks on Different Strokes from Different Folks. The photograph and challenge supplied by Karin Jurick.
Oh me,....street scenes I am attraced to but ...cars...another matter. But if we don't work on a challenge, how do we learn? We must accept the challenge.

I think you did a beautiful job with this challenge, very moody and atmospheric. And your cars turned out great!

Peggy, This is great! Has a really good "feel" or mood to it, and 16 x 20 is a good size!

Just checking in to see if you've gotten a slide show up. Love your paintings.

Hi Nancy,
I did have a slide show up about the sketchbook project.
Since it was sent off and going on the tour, I took it down.
Then I put up a few paintings that work sorta like a slide show.

More to come. :D
